• Product lead for Postman.gov.sg and Checkfirst.gov.sg, building both platforms from zero to one and scaling them across the Singapore government.
• Scaled Postman into a national B2B2C communications platform during COVID-19, coordinating product, engineering, agency, and operational stakeholders under public-sector urgency.
• Open-sourced Postman for Southeast Asian governments; laid the foundation for Cambodian government to adopt the solution government and included in the UN Digital Development open-source solutions initiative.
